Enhance your surfing experience with private one on one lessons in surfing fitness incorporating surfer-specific training. Individually tailored to your personal needs, we will combine surfing with flexibility, balance, strength and endurance through breathing, stretching, core and upper body strengthening in beach and water activities.
Coordination of dates & times are done thru instructor only. Dates can be scheduled June 25-Aug 31 before noon and are subject to instructor availability. Semi-private lessons are also available, limited to a maximum of 3 participants. We also have a discounted rate for 10 prepaid contracted hours. You must register thru the Recreation Department.
